How Well do You sleep?

Over 300+ people have taken our sleep survey.  The results are amazing, so many of us struggle to get a good night’s sleep. Have a look at the summary of the results from the Sleep Survey. 

Over a quarter (27%) of us struggle to fall asleep nearly every night of the week. More than 40% of us find it difficult to fall asleep at least 3 times a week. That’s a lot of sheep to count

Over a third of us (34%) wake up too early in the morning at least 5 mornings a week (that’s nearly every morning!). 60% of us wake up too early at least 3 mornings a week. 

A whooping 77% of us worry about how little sleep we are getting! Pf those that are worried, at least 30% of us are very concerned about how much sleep we are getting. 

23 % feel that lack of sleep interferes a great deal with our daily lives (maximum score), 77% of us feel that lack of sleep interferes at least  ‘moderately’ with our daily live. This means that we exercise less, socialise less and have poorer memory

Nearly a third of us (31%)  wake up over 5 times a night. That’s so often! And 67% of wake up at least 3 times in the night. Most of us are therefore not getting good quality sleep.
