Sleep is essential for our wellbeing and health, and we know that nutrition and sleep are intrinsically linked. A healthy diet, rich in nutrients that help promote sleep can be immensely beneficial to the amount and quality of sleep you have. Conversely, a lack of sleep impacts our food choices, our portion sizes and how much we exercise. I am looking forward to talking to you about a topic that is incredibly important in supporting our health and wellbeing. This Sleep webinar is an overview of why we need sleep, what are the effects of poor sleep and how nutrition can support us in achieving a restful nights sleep.
