Sleep is essential for our wellbeing and health, and we know that nutrition and sleep are intrinsically linked. A healthy diet, rich in nutrients that help promote sleep can be immensely beneficial to the amount and quality of sleep you have. Conversely, a lack of sleep impacts our food choices, our portion sizes and how much we exercise.
