Welcome to ‘How to Improve Sleep Part 2’
Sleep is essential for our wellbeing and health We know that nutrition and sleep are intrinsically linked and that a healthy diet that is rich in nutrients that help promote sleep is immensely beneficial to good quality of sleep . Not only does a nutrient rich diet help us sleep, but a lack of sleep negatively impacts the foods we choose to eat. In fact, when we don’t sleep well we tend to make poor food choices, larger portion sizes and exercise less. So, sleep impacts diet, food impacts sleep.
Sleep really is an incredibly important factor in supporting our health and wellbeing. If you are not sleeping well, then it is time for change.
