Banana and Peanut Butter Munchies

Just a small amount of peanut butter sat on top of a chunk of banana, sprinkle with cherries, seeds and grains

Fresh Asparagus with Boiled Eggs

Boil asparagus in salted water for 10mins, move the spears around to cook evenly. Meanwhile, boil eggs for approx. 6 mins, cool and shell. Drizzle asparagus with olive oil. serve with eggs: season

Mildly Spiced Edamame Beans

Season frozen, shelled edamame beans ( do not thaw) add red pepper flakes & olive oil. Gently fry in olive oil and top with grated parmesan before munching

Tomato and Egg Muffins

Whizz 2 eggs in a bowl; add a handful of spinach, cooked chopped bacon and a some grated cheddar or parmesan to taste. Line a muffin tin, spoon in mixture and cook in oven for 12-15mins. Yumm
