Welcome to my website, and this snapshot of my work . 

I have a genuine passion for health, your health and my health. My aim is to give you the most up to date, accurate and trustworthy advice available, so that you can be the best healthiest version of yourself. 

I have worked for many years, within a clinical environment, as an integral part of extreme and international sports events and as a corporate health project manager and adviser. During the course of my career, I have worked with the very famous, the very rich, the very ambitious and the very sick. BUT the best part of my role is working with any person who genuinely wants to invest time, energy and passion into their health.

Sleep and getting more of it: A lack of good quality sleep increases the risk of a number of poor outcomes, including obesity, cardiovascular disease, depression and cancer. Let’s work together to improve your sleep and support you so that you can be the healthiest version of yourself. 

Fertility (infertility) Treatment. Fertility issues are growing worldwide and many people are reaching out for help, but are not sure what form ‘help’ comes in.  Treatment can often come at great cost, emotionally and financially. Many aspects of health can be improved by careful lifestyle and nutrition advice. 

Health Projects and Courses:  As a university Teaching Fellow, designing inspirational short courses to support people in making change is something I really enjoy. Courses available include; weight loss, sleep, Covid-19 & company wellbeing and more….

Corporate Nutrition

I have enjoyed working with a great number of companies to support the health and wellbeing of their employees. I am proud to say that the success of these campaigns can be  measured in buckets!

As a university Teaching Fellow in Nutritional Sciences and fully qualified consultant in Medical Nutrition, I can give you one-to-one Personal Nutrition Advice that can really make a difference to your health and wellbeing. 

Today, many people in the world suffer from illnesses and diseases that are preventable, or at least reduce, when their is good nutrition positive lifestyle factors. We can work together to reduce the risk of preventable illness for you and your family. For many, the risk of illness such as;  cancer, depression, IBS, cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes and many may be reduced because they all have  very strong links to nutrition and lifestyle influences. Talk to me about prevention of illness or talk to me about treatment for illness, I am listening.
