Sleep and how to sleep better.  Lack of sleep can negatively impact our day in so many ways. We are fully aware of feeling tired, hungry and grumpy after a poor night’s sleep, but many of us know very much about the more serious consequences of not getting a good nights sleep. Insufficient sleep increases the risk of several health conditions including, obesity, cardiovascular disease, depression and cancer. We can work together to improve your sleep so that you can be the healthiest version of yourself.

Fertility (infertility) Treatment. The number of couples seeking information and support for infertility is increasing worldwide. Unfortunately, much of the information available from non-specialist sources on the internet and books are unreliable. On top of this, clinical fertility treatments can be expensive; emotionally and financially. Research indicates that rates of conception and successful pregnancy can improve after careful lifestyle and nutrition adaptation.

Sustainability:  Most people want to do something positive to push back against climate change, although there’s so much confusion about what’s best for both your health as well as the health of the planet. Find out about plant-based diets, vegan diets, local produce, organic produce and other dietary patterns and how they may impact both you and the planet.
